As part of the AWS Managed Operations team, you'll play a crucial role in building and leading operations and development teams focused on delivering high-availability AWS services like EC2, S3, Dynamo, Lambda, and Bedrock exclusively for EU customers.
The role combines operational excellence with development expertise, where you'll spend approximately 50% of your time operating production systems and 50% making long-term improvements. You'll collaborate with technology leaders, enhance day-to-day operations, and ensure optimal service performance across availability, reliability, latency, and efficiency metrics.
