Field Deployment Engineer, Fleet (Remote)

This is a post-sale, customer-facing, front-line role with primary duties of deploying network, hardware, and software solutions for Axon's Fleet solutions. The Field Deployment Engineer will be responsible for identifying and implementing solutions within minimal assistance in a fast-paced environment, customer coordination and execution of field commissioning tests, delivering timely and detailed project deployment reports, assisting clients to monitor all software implementation lifecycles, creating accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems, and training customer technical and non-technical staffs on the proper installation and use of the full suite of Axon Fleet's components and products. The ideal candidate must reside in California and be willing to travel domestically 100% (Mon-Fri). This role requires a strong aptitude to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a dynamic environment, with 3+ years of advanced computer network implementation experience, basic understanding of 12-volt electronics and DC circuit theory, and familiarity with data transfer concepts and IP-based Ethernet networks.
