As a Fleet Solutions Technical Services Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in deploying and implementing Axon's Fleet solutions for law enforcement agencies. This is a 100% travel position where you'll work directly with clients to install, configure, and maintain complex network and hardware systems.

The role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, requiring strong skills in network implementation, hardware installation, and training delivery. You'll work with various stakeholders, from police chiefs to IT directors, ensuring successful deployment of Axon's Fleet solutions. Responsibilities For Fleet Solutions Technical Services Engineer

  • Deploy network, hardware, and software solutions for Axon's Fleet solutions
  • Implement solutions in fast-paced environment
  • Monitor software implementation lifecycles and assist with customizations
  • Conduct training sessions for customers
  • Create network diagrams and documentation
  • Execute field commissioning tests
  • Deliver project deployment reports
  • Engage with technology decision makers
  • Troubleshoot applications, computers, networks and products
  • Validate 12V DC sub-contractor installations

Requirements For Fleet Solutions Technical Services Engineer

Linux
  • 3+ years of advanced computer network implementation experience
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and applications
  • Understanding of 12-volt DC circuit theory
  • Cradlepoint router configuration and deployment knowledge
  • Experience with IP-based Ethernet networks
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Must reside near a major airport
  • Willing to travel 100% (Monday-Friday)
