Front-End Developer

We are seeking a motivated Front-End Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our e-learning platform. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about creating engaging and responsive user interfaces and will have a keen interest in learning and growing within the field of front-end development.

You will work closely with senior developers, UX/UI designers, PM, content management team, and others to build and enhance the user-facing aspects of our platform. We are looking for someone who is willing to grow their technical experience beyond front-end development, including backend and full-stack web development.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing user interfaces for the e-learning platform using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Collaborating with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups into responsive web pages
• Optimizing application performance
• Bug fixing and testing
• Maintaining code quality and following best practices
• Staying updated with emerging front-end technologies
• Mentoring and raising expertise within the team

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, OR graduate of coding boot camp
• 5+ years of relevant experience in related field
• Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus
• Proficiency in creating responsive and cross-browser compatible designs
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Axon offers a competitive compensation package, including base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role ranges from USD 149,600 to USD 224,400, depending on the geographic market and other factors.
