Hardware QA Engineer

Axon is seeking a Hardware QA Engineer to join their mission of protecting life through innovative safety and justice solutions. Based in Kassel, this role involves qualifying new product developments and ensuring quality throughout the entire product lifecycle. The position offers an opportunity to work with international teams, particularly in the USA, while focusing on hardware sensing and mitigation products for airspace security.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in electrical engineering or mechatronics, with experience in hardware quality assurance and RF field analysis. This role combines hands-on technical work with strategic thinking, requiring someone who can both conduct detailed testing and shape the future of quality processes.

Working directly with cross-functional teams, you'll be responsible for everything from root cause analysis to defining quality objectives and testing procedures. The position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the flexibility to work across time zones. With approximately 10% travel required, you'll have the opportunity to support international projects and teams on-site.
