Senior Android Engineer

As a Senior Android Engineer, you'll be part of a critical team designing technology that directly impacts increasing transparency and protecting truth. You'll work with talented software engineers, product managers, and visual designers to create mobile experiences for existing products like Fleet 3 mobile and Axon Device Manager.

Your role involves leading engineering architecture design reviews, collaborating with the UX team, working across the entire software lifecycle, interfacing with cloud and firmware services, and mentoring engineers. You'll set a high technical bar through code and architecture design reviews, improve engineering processes, and build software adhering to high standards of stability and latency.

Axon offers a comprehensive compensation package, including base pay between USD 120,000 and USD 210,000, depending on factors like level, function, skills, experience, and geographic market. They also provide various benefits to support employees physically, financially, and emotionally.
