Senior Engineer

As a senior engineer, you'll be intimately involved in architecture decisions shaping our product. You'll work with the latest open source technologies, leveraging your system design skills to make crucial technical decisions. You'll collaborate closely with product managers and designers, mentor other engineers, and be part of a passionate, mission-driven team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering architecture design reviews
• Set a high technical bar through code and architecture design reviews
• Mentor engineers
• Work across teams to create integrated solutions
• Improve Engineering processes
• Build highly available and low-latency services
• Work with cutting-edge open source technologies

We're looking for someone with:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience in designing and delivering scalable cloud-based systems
• Backend service experience in languages like Java, Scala, Go, C#
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL data stores
• Java, Golang or Scala programming is a plus

We offer competitive compensation, including base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay ranges from $122,000 to $234,000, with on-target earnings between $187,000 and $359,000, depending on the geographic market.
