Senior Sales Engineer

Axon, a leading provider of public safety technology solutions, is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join their mission to Protect Life. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, supporting the sales effort across the EMEA region. The position offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge public safety technology, including evidence capture devices and digital evidence management solutions.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor, bridging the gap between complex technical solutions and customer needs. You'll be responsible for conducting technical presentations, leading proof-of-concept engagements, and supporting RFP/RFI responses. The role requires a deep understanding of various technologies, including SaaS platforms, networking, and security infrastructure.

Working remotely from the Netherlands, you'll be part of the EMEA Sales Engineering Team, reporting to the UK&I Sales Engineering Director. The position demands significant travel (70%) and requires someone who can work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams. You'll need to combine technical expertise with strong communication skills, as you'll be presenting to various stakeholders and contributing to product roadmap development.
