Senior Software Engineer - Real Time Operations (RTO) Integrations

Axon is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Real Time Operations (RTO) Integrations team, focusing on accelerating the adoption of the Axon Fusus product as the premier real-time crime center platform. The position involves building scalable integrations with hundreds of partners, working with various technologies including Cameras, Drones, Vehicle Location systems, License Plate Readers, and more. You'll be part of a team that develops highly available solutions and enables Professional Services teams to manage deployments efficiently.

As a senior engineer, you'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver robust integration solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise in Python, Django, and Angular, along with experience in cloud-based systems and real-time streaming technologies. You'll have the opportunity to lead architecture decisions, mentor team members, and shape engineering processes.
