Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineer

  • Work with Law Enforcement customers to ensure stellar experience with Axon's Fusus products & services
  • Become an expert on the Fusus solution, apps, APIs, and roadmap
  • Triage and prioritize agency change and feature requests
  • Lead consultative Solution Audits including network analysis and device discovery
  • Provide frontline email & phone support for complex technical issues
  • Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot system issues
  • Assist tier 1 support team and develop knowledge base articles
  • Participate in on-call rotation for critical escalations
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information

Requirements For Technical Support Engineer

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • Network certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+)
  • Minimum 2 years experience with routing and switching
  • Minimum 2 years of Technical Support experience
  • Minimum 1 year of SaaS experience
  • Knowledge of virtualization and virtual machines
  • Experience with Linux operating systems
  • Experience using SSH, Splunk, JIRA, and/or Salesforce
  • Experience with security camera systems, VMS, DVR, NVR solutions
  • Must pass CJIS background check
