Axon is seeking a high-energy, experienced Technical Support Engineer with expertise in customer service, computer networking, cloud solutions, and Linux systems administration. This role is crucial in supporting critical and escalated issues for law enforcement customers using Axon's Fusus products & services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline email & phone support for complex technical issues
- Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot Axon device and system issues
- Lead consultative Solution Audits for prospects
- Assist tier 1 support team and develop knowledge base articles
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical escalations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience with routing and switching
- Minimum 2 years of Technical Support experience
- Minimum 1 year of SaaS experience
- Network and telecommunication-specific certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+)
- Experience with virtualization, Linux operating systems, and security camera systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to clients with varying IT knowledge
