BA/PM - Latin America - Remote

Azumo is seeking an agile Project Manager / Business Analyst to manage next-gen initiatives in software development environments. This fully remote position is based in Latin America and requires a cross-functional professional with in-depth knowledge of business processes, analysis techniques, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate software development projects
• Work closely with business and technical teams
• Ensure project delivery with attention to detail
• Apply Agile methodologies
• Act as Scrum Master and Product Owner when needed
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor project progress
• Prepare reports for upper management

The ideal candidate will have:

• BS in Computer Science or similar degree
• 5+ years of SDLC project management experience
• Strong AGILE collaboration skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Fluency in English
• Based in Latin America

Desired qualifications:

• Agile or Scrum Certification
• Excellent interpersonal skills
