Senior Data Engineer

Babylist, a trusted platform for millions of growing families, is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to help define the next stages of maturity in their data platforms. With a focus on building and scaling Machine Learning (ML) pipelines, this role is critical for the growing Data Engineering team.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, proficiency with data orchestration tools, and experience in managing cloud data resources within the AWS ecosystem. They should be familiar with modern data warehousing systems and comfortable deploying ML models in production.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and optimizing data pipelines for seamless data ingestion
• Developing and maintaining ML pipelines
• Enhancing and scaling data systems
• Collaborating with Analytics Engineers on data modeling
• Implementing and improving data monitoring tools
• Partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders
