Bandwidth is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer (SE) to join their Sales department. This senior position focuses on high-impact, revenue-generating opportunities across the Enterprise market segment. The SE will be involved in deep, technical discussions with prospects, customers, and internal teams, with the goal of creating and delivering world-class solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Developers
- Validating infrastructure designs
- Providing solution validation testing
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Providing interoperability recommendations
- Collecting customer and prospect feedback
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field (or related experience)
- 10+ years of experience in telecom engineering and/or pre-sales engineering
- Deep telecom industry knowledge
- Strong understanding of software architecture and API design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and executive presence
