Responsibilities For Assistant Vice President/ Vice President, APAC Load Balancer Engineering, Core Technology Infrastructure
- Accountable for end-to-end engineering and deployment of APAC region DMZ services
- Collaborate with various stakeholders on service design through operations transition
- Participate in hands-on implementation and configuration of devices
- Create designs based on industry best practices and security principles
- Ensure security controls are implemented effectively
- Maintain documentation and manage risk mitigation
- Support audit and compliance activities
- Perform regular patching/OS upgrade/Hardware refresh
- Review capacity metrics to ensure service availability
Requirements For Assistant Vice President/ Vice President, APAC Load Balancer Engineering, Core Technology Infrastructure
- 5+ years hands-on experience with large scale DMZ environments
- Deep understanding of Load Balancer technologies – F5, SSLO, AVI
- Strong networking troubleshooting skills
- Experience with automation tools (Python, Ansible)
- Knowledge of web connectivity and protocols
- Degree in IT/Engineering field
- ITIL processes knowledge
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work across different time zones
