As an AI Support Engineer at Baseten, you'll be at the forefront of ML infrastructure support, working directly with users to ensure smooth deployment and operation of ML models at scale. The role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, requiring both deep technical knowledge and excellent communication skills. You'll be responsible for managing support requests, maintaining the knowledge base, and using various tools to troubleshoot complex ML pipeline issues.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge ML technologies while contributing to the development of open-source tools like the Truss library. You'll collaborate closely with the Forward Deployed Engineering team, helping users optimize their ML models and implement advanced solutions such as TensorRT for GPU acceleration.
