As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, you'll be a crucial part of our mission to improve patient outcomes through data-driven insights. This role combines the expertise of a Data Scientist, Applied Scientist, and ML Engineer – essentially a "Full Stack Data Scientist" who can own the complete lifecycle of ML models in a clinical AI product.

You'll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative ML models, writing production-grade code, and ensuring the effectiveness of these models in real-world clinical settings. The role requires both technical expertise in ML/AI and the ability to understand and work with healthcare data.

Responsibilities For Staff Machine Learning Engineer
- Develop and tune innovative ML models and labeler systems based on clinical use cases
- Productionize models with production-grade Python
- Deploy and debug production-grade Python code
- Build MLOps infrastructure for model development and deployment
- Identify strategies for improving production ML-based systems
Requirements For Staff Machine Learning Engineer
- Ph.D. in relevant field plus 3+ years experience, or Master's degree and 5+ years experience shipping ML products
- Experience owning ML models from prototyping to production
- Experience writing production-grade Python and SQL code
- Experience using MLOps tools such as SageMaker and MLFlow
