Technical Services Engineer

Bazaarvoice's Content & Creators (C&C) Technical Services team is seeking an Implementation Engineer to join their global team. This hybrid role combines both business and technical responsibilities, working closely with colleagues across the US, UK, and Australia. The position requires working US hours (13:00-22:00 Lithuanian time) and observing US holidays.

The role focuses on implementing and supporting Bazaarvoice's C&C products, requiring strong technical skills in scripting languages, SQL, and REST web services. You'll be responsible for managing technical projects, providing consulting services, and developing automation tools. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of IT experience in supporting software/SaaS products.
