Responsibilities For Senior Aircraft Systems Integration Engineer

  • Lead the integration of data acquisition devices, sensors, and network components into aircraft
  • Develop requirements and select components for FAA and DOD compliant systems
  • Collaborate with external partners for third-party component integration
  • Extend and mature Hardware In the Loop (HITL) test benches
  • Install and adapt drivers for low-level device integration
  • Write software for FPGAs, single-board computers, and microcontrollers
  • Design and develop enclosures, housings, and retention devices
  • Develop and execute test plans
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation
  • Contribute to system standard operating procedures
  • Help grow a diverse team of engineers

Requirements For Senior Aircraft Systems Integration Engineer

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in aircraft system integration
