As an Agent Engineer at Beam, you'll play a key role in delivering enterprise-grade AI agents tailored to address our customers' unique business challenges. You'll partner directly with clients to discover their requirements, design customized solutions, and ensure the seamless implementation of AI agents. You'll also collaborate with our product team to shape our strategic direction in the adoption of AI-powered solutions.
Your responsibilities will include engaging with stakeholders, conducting discovery sessions, presenting tailored demonstrations, addressing technical challenges, ensuring scalability and efficiency of AI agents, collaborating with internal teams, and acting as a strategic technical partner to customers.

Responsibilities For Agent Engineer
- Engage with stakeholders across various levels of the customer's business
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to assess customer requirements
- Present tailored demonstrations of AI agents
- Address technical challenges and collaborate with customer teams
- Ensure AI agents are scalable, efficient, and fully integrated
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and solutions teams
- Act as a strategic technical partner, advising customers on best practices
Requirements For Agent Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field (Advanced degree preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in technical roles
- Experience engaging with enterprise-level customers
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for innovation and staying ahead of trends in AI technologies
