Responsibilities For Operations Command Center Engineer (OCCE2)

  • Manage escalated tickets from OCCE1 for advanced troubleshooting
  • Monitor system health, performance, and uptime
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents
  • Configure and maintain network devices and cloud infrastructure
  • Develop operational runbooks and response procedures
  • Participate in on-call rotations
  • Prepare post-incident reports and analysis
  • Lead system administration efforts
  • Coordinate shift handovers
  • Participate in project management and capacity planning

Requirements For Operations Command Center Engineer (OCCE2)
