Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Core Experiences

BetterUp is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for their Core Experiences team. This role is based in the Netherlands with a hybrid work model. The team is responsible for developing innovative digital interventions that drive member engagement and partner retention, including assessments, reflective practices, and group coaching. The ideal candidate will lead projects, craft high-quality code, empower team members, mentor other engineers, and collaborate across functions. Key responsibilities include planning and executing complex projects, delivering code that sets quality standards, enabling data-driven decision-making, mentoring team members, and influencing product roadmap decisions. The role requires 6+ years of relevant technical experience, experience with production-grade consumer applications, and a background in Agile development processes.
