Requirements For Senior Full Stack Engineer
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript frameworks, and cloud platforms like AWS
- High degree of initiative and ownership
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly to change
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience building and supporting production-grade consumer applications
- Experienced in Agile product development processes
- Experience building and scaling complex systems
