- Expertise in technologies like Ruby on Rails, Ember.js, AWS, and modern data technologies
- Strong communication skills and a passion for BetterUp's mission

Salary range: $147,000 – $245,000

Requirements For Staff Full-Stack Engineer
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Deep experience in startups with demonstrated success building scalable system architectures
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset
- Extensive full-stack/data engineering experience across industries and domains
- Expertise in building enterprise applications using tech like Ruby on Rails, Ember.js, AWS, etc.
- Ability to leverage and reason about modern data technologies (DBT, Airflow, Snowflake)
- Agile and Lean startup veteran
- Strong communicator with a passion for BetterUp's mission
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead with empathy, passion, and wisdom
