Senior Process Engineer - Beverage

They're seeking a Senior Process Engineer - Beverage to join their manufacturing and quality team, reporting to the Director of Manufacturing and Quality Engineering.

The role involves leading the manufacturing and quality aspects of beverage development and commercialization, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and quality from pilot to full-scale production. You'll work closely with R&D, Product, and Supply Chain teams, acting as a technical liaison to ensure requirements are met and production issues are addressed effectively.

Key responsibilities include implementing process improvements, leading kaizen projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of process engineering experience in the food/beverage industry, strong communication skills, and a background in process improvement methodologies.
