Bevi, the market leader in IoT-enabled beverage machines, is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join their manufacturing and quality team. This role reports to the Director of Quality Engineering and is responsible for measuring, improving, and maintaining the quality of Bevi's products. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading as a subject matter expert for Customer Care and Field Service teams
- Ensuring excellent manufacturing quality through process controls and corrective actions
- Implementing key quality processes and best practices
- Leading Quality actions with the Supply-Chain team
- Acting as a technical liaison between Engineering, Manufacturing, and suppliers
- Facilitating cross-functional teams for Root Cause Analysis
- Generating and presenting Quality KPIs and metrics
- Leading Quality Team in product development activities and design reviews
- Maintaining suppliers' Quality data and initiating improvement activities
The role requires 5-7 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or 2-3 years at a Senior QE level, strong communication and analytical skills, and a background in quality improvement. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering is required. The position involves up to 20% travel, mainly domestic with some international travel if needed.

Responsibilities For Senior Quality Engineer
- Lead subject matter expert for Customer Care and Field Service team

- Lead Quality actions with Supply-Chain team for new supplier qualifications
- Act as technical liaison between Engineering, Manufacturing and suppliers

- Lead Quality Team in product development activities and design reviews
- Maintain suppliers' Quality data and initiate improvement activities
Requirements For Senior Quality Engineer
- 5-7 years minimum work experience as Quality Engineer or 2-3 years at a Senior QE level
- Strong communicator able to facilitate discussion and present data
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Strong quality improvement background, applying statistical tools, process FMEAs and root cause problem solving tools
- Experience leading Process Improvement Teams and managing major projects
- Experience in using SPC tools and understanding of process reliability measurement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Ability to be in the office 4-5 days per week
- Ability to travel up to 20%, mainly domestic with some international travel if needed
