Bevi, an environmental company disrupting the beverage supply chain, is seeking a Sr Technical Program Manager to join their software and product team. As a market leader in IoT-enabled beverage machines, Bevi has raised over $160M in venture capital and is experiencing rapid growth. The ideal candidate will be a highly visible leader responsible for communication, coordination, and execution of software programs.
The role involves working with the latest technologies, including Java, Kotlin, Android, InfluxDB, React, and CircleCI. You'll be developing frontend features to delight Bevi drinkers and backend systems to streamline management of thousands of machines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and product development.
Key responsibilities include cross-team collaboration, managing interdependencies, ensuring clear documentation, working with the Chief Architect on decision-making, coordinating software products, and continuously improving processes. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of technical program management experience, strong technical understanding, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and an agile mindset.

Responsibilities For Sr Technical Program Manager
- Work across the software development team, product team and other internal groups to plan, execute, test, and release software on time and with high quality
- Handle interdependencies between teams and identify and manage requirements and opportunities as well as software delivery risks
- Ensure requirements are clearly documented and make sure documentation gets updated when needed
- Work with the Chief Architect to ensure the best decisions and trade offs are made
- Coordinate and synchronize various software products to make the biggest impact on customers and Bevi alike
- Channel our smart and energetic Software team in the right direction and amplify the fun and energy
- Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new procedures and processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of our product and its developers
Requirements For Sr Technical Program Manager
- 4+ years experience in a technical program management role
- Superior knowledge of program management principles
- Strong technical understanding, ability to capture and communicate details
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, ability to inspire team members
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, ability to communicate with cross-functional stakeholders
- An agile mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a bias to get stuff done
