Senior Professional Services Engineer

As a Senior Professional Services Engineer at BigID, you'll play a crucial role in our rapidly expanding Services team. Your primary focus will be on the successful setup, integration, and deployment of BigID's discovery tools for our customers and implementation partners. This position requires you to work closely with client stakeholders, plan implementations, deploy solution components, and ensure smooth rollouts within customers' environments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Determining technical requirements for specific business objectives
• Engaging with multi-discipline teams for successful integration
• Delivering training on our technologies
• Collaborating with Engineering and Product Management teams

We're looking for someone with:

• 3-4 years of experience in a customer-facing IT role
• Advanced problem-solving and system architecture skills
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, various databases, and cloud platforms
• Programming skills in Java or Python
• Bilingual proficiency in German or French & English
