Service Delivery Engineer

BigID, an innovative tech startup, is seeking a Service Delivery Engineer to join their growing Services Team. This role is crucial for the successful setup, integration, and deployment of BigID's discovery tools for customers and implementation partners. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in product implementation within enterprise environments. Key responsibilities include working with client stakeholders to determine technical requirements, planning implementation engagements, deploying solution components, and ensuring smooth rollout of BigID solutions. The role requires expertise in various technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, databases (MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Hadoop, REST API, and programming skills in Java or Python.
