As a Solutions Engineer at BigID, you'll join a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll play a crucial role in resolving customer issues, designing complex deployments, and improving our products. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and customer-facing skills, making it perfect for someone who enjoys both technical problem-solving and client interaction.

You'll be responsible for troubleshooting complex software modules, leading customer technical discussions, participating in feature design, and developing solutions for customer challenges. The role requires strong programming skills in Python and Java, experience with databases (particularly MongoDB), and knowledge of networking protocols and Linux environments.
