  • Provide technical support and manage urgent escalations in high-traffic production environments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues effectively
  • Analyze service ticket data and draft Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports
  • Work with global product and development teams on iteration, release, and roadmap planning
  • Manage multiple incidents and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Improve service quality through process optimization and documentation
  • Support and optimize customer processes, integrating AI and Machine Learning solutions

Requirements For Technical Support Engineer (AI/ML)

  • Undergraduates in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Unix/Linux with shell scripting experience
  • Databases experience (Oracle, MySQL)
  • Web or App related project support experience
