You'll be responsible for conducting advanced security assessments, managing our bug bounty program, and working closely with engineering teams to implement robust security measures. The role requires deep expertise in security tools, frameworks, and best practices, including proficiency with AWS, CDN, WAF, and modern web applications.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of security experience, strong technical skills in penetration testing tools, and the ability to think like an attacker while maintaining a defensive mindset. You'll need excellent communication skills to work with various stakeholders and mentor other engineers.

Responsibilities For Senior/Lead Security Engineer
- Create detailed security design documents and guidelines for Engineering Teams
- Execute comprehensive penetration tests on web applications, networks, and systems
- Implement and manage security controls in cloud environments (AWS and Cloudflare)
- Conduct threat modeling, threat hunting, and log analysis
- Operate bug bounty program
- Design and implement robust security solutions and architecture
- Evaluate, deploy, and manage security tools such as SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS
- Mentor and train other engineers in security best practices
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans
- Handle incident response and security monitoring
Requirements For Senior/Lead Security Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in security, ethical hacking, or penetration testing
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and security architectures
- Proficiency in penetration testing tools (Burp Suite, Kali, nmap, Wireshark, Metasploit)
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Go, Javascript)
- Proficiency with AWS, CDN, WAF, modern web applications
- Understanding of OWASP Top Ten and NIST standards
- Relevant security certifications (AWS, GWAPT, OSWE, OSCP, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attacker mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
