This role combines technical expertise with healthcare domain knowledge, requiring strong SQL skills and proficiency with modern data tools.

  • Develop data models and success metrics for care organizations
  • Work with product managers and data engineers in a dedicated analytics product squad
  • Build strong relationships with product managers and shadow sales and support calls
  • Ensure data quality and trustworthy insights for users
  • Transform raw healthcare data into actionable insights

Requirements For Analytics Engineer

  • Advanced SQL skills for transforming large raw event-based datasets
  • Expertise in using DBT for developing well-documented data models
  • Proficiency with BI tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
