Senior Full Stack Engineer

BitGo, founded in 2013, is a leader in digital asset security, custody, and liquidity. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer in the Wallet Experience team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both frontend and backend components of our wallet experience. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.

The role requires expertise in frontend technologies like React and backend systems involving Node.js and SQL databases. You'll collaborate on new UI initiatives, improve existing functionality, build reusable code, enhance codebase health, and communicate with stakeholders to understand implementation requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and improving application performance

Required skills:

• 5+ years of frontend software engineering experience
• Strong experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Proficiency in backend development (TypeScript, Node.js, Express)
• Extensive experience with SQL databases
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Proficiency in Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-have skills include a strong interest in cryptocurrencies, experience with large-scale applications, and familiarity with Tailwind, React-Query, and NextJS.
