Senior Drupal Engineer

Bixal is seeking a Senior Drupal Engineer to join their tech team. As a member of the team, you will work collaboratively with Bixal team members and various stakeholders to design and redesign top-notch websites for clients. The ideal candidate should have a thirst for continuous learning and professional development, coupled with strong Drupal knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, create, unit test, and maintain responsive and decoupled websites
• Interact with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Create efficient/logical databases and implement effective solutions
• Design, test, and integrate system and enterprise software architectures
• Work with devops lead on web server configurations
• Develop and maintain custom Drupal modules and themes
• Debug, optimize, and manage problem-solving in Drupal environments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in web design and development
• Experience with enterprise-decoupled Drupal architecture and configuration
• Proficiency in Drupal 10, including core, contributed, and custom modules
• Strong knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, PHP, API, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows
• Advanced knowledge of usability/accessibility standards
