Machine Learning Engineer

BJSS is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join their team of creative problem solvers. As part of this role, you'll collaborate with top industry experts in multi-disciplinary teams, working in a fast-paced, agile environment. Your responsibilities will include implementing machine learning algorithms, building production Machine Learning systems, and developing MLOps processes.

• Applying cross-disciplinary thinking to solve complex problems
• Building a deep understanding of business domains and user needs
• Ensuring business value is unlocked as early as possible
• Thinking holistically and treating data as a business service

The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven Machine Learning expertise with hands-on experience in developing and deploying ML models in production
• Strong software engineering skills, particularly in Python
• Deep understanding of key Data Science and ML libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
• Experience in model productionization and MLOps
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in an ML context
• Experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
