Responsibilities For Manufacturing Process Engineer
- Drive manufacturing process readiness for new product introduction launches
- Champion continuous improvement activities to increase yield, throughput, and productivity
- Engage with Product Development for root-cause analyses of issues
- Create documentation, procedures, and processes to standardize manufacturing operations
- Develop or source fixturing, tools, and other equipment for manufacturing tasks
- Complete audits of operations processes for operator compliance
Requirements For Manufacturing Process Engineer
- 7+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing and Engineering degree
- Proven success in manufacturing line design, operations project management, and new product launches
- Excellent mechanical, electronics, and process troubleshooting skills
- Thorough knowledge of electronics and assembly industry best-practices
- Exceptional ability to communicate in English
- Experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment and Six Sigma accreditation
- Strong aptitude for computer and software troubleshooting
