As a leading Software & Robotics Solutions group with international operations, we've experienced remarkable growth of over 80% and are launching exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software, and robotics.
The role demands a professional with strong technical capabilities and proven experience in business process engineering. You'll be responsible for investigating, documenting, and optimizing client business processes, particularly focusing on secondary supporting processes across various departments including Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Risk Management.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Utilizing Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) to analyze and model existing processes
- Managing and maintaining a central Process Repository
- Leading process improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks while driving operational efficiency
- Collaborating with various departments to implement process improvements
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in both process redesign and team management, along with a relevant bachelor's degree. Additional qualifications such as an MBA, certifications in business process analysis tools, SAP, or Lean/Six Sigma will be highly valued.

Responsibilities For Business Process Engineer
- Investigating and documenting client's business processes
- Analyzing and modeling business processes using BPMS
- Ensuring smooth collaboration for process improvement projects
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring schedule adherence
- Participating in project deliverables evaluation
- Providing support in drafting operational guidelines
- Documenting processes in central repository
- Managing knowledge and disseminating to workforce
- Proposing process automation as part of Digital Transformation
- Evaluating process performance and recommending improvements
- Monitoring supporting processes within Total Quality Management
- Managing changes from process redesign and regulatory updates
Requirements For Business Process Engineer
- Very good knowledge of English language
- Proficiency in MS Office
- 3+ years experience in process redesign
- 3+ years experience in team and project management
- Bachelor's degree in Administrative Science, Business Administration, Informatics, or related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Total Quality Management (preferred)
- Certification in business process analysis tools (preferred)
- Certification in SAP (S/4HANA) (preferred)
- Certification in Lean/Six Sigma (preferred)
