Lead Engineer - Mobile

Bliro GmbH is seeking a Lead Engineer - Mobile to spearhead the development of their mobile application. The position involves building and deploying the initial MVP within weeks, integrating crucial audio processing and transcription services, and establishing professional development infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end development process, from writing code to managing deployment pipelines. Within six months, they'll be expected to build and lead a team of contractors, working students, and interns. The role requires strong technical skills in mobile development, particularly with Swift and Kotlin, along with experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD implementation.

Key technical requirements include hands-on experience with mobile development frameworks, understanding of audio processing and WebSocket integration, and the ability to set up comprehensive build and testing pipelines. The position demands excellent leadership and communication skills, as collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential.
