Solution Engineer

Bliro GmbH is an innovative startup building an AI Sales Assistant that helps thousands of users automate their sales workflows and internal tool updates. As a Solution Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of customer implementation and success, working with cutting-edge AI technology.

The role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, where you'll own the technical aspects of customer implementation from proof-of-concept through full deployment. You'll be working with prompt engineering to tailor our AI solutions, ensure seamless integrations, and drive customer success.

Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to deliver outstanding outcomes. You'll be responsible for defining and implementing technical requirements during PoC phases, fine-tuning AI models, managing integrations, and creating comprehensive documentation.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background with Python knowledge, experience with APIs and AI solutions, and excellent communication skills.
