Responsibilities For Lead Application Support Engineer

  • Oversee team in monitoring system alerts and ensuring SLA compliance
  • Guide team in evaluating, prioritizing, and resolving issues
  • Ensure accurate incident tracking and documentation
  • Act as point of contact for escalated issues
  • Manage incidents and identify recurring issues
  • Collaborate with technical teams on root cause analysis
  • Create and maintain technical documentation

Requirements For Lead Application Support Engineer

Linux
Python
  • Technical degree in engineering
  • 5-7 years experience in application support
  • Strong understanding of HTTP, REST, and SOAP APIs
  • Knowledge of SSL protocols and Virtual VPN
  • SQL and database experience
  • Experience with log analysis tools
  • Unix/Linux command-line proficiency
  • Basic scripting skills in Bash or Python
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks
