Software Support and Integration Engineer

As a Software Support and Integration Engineer at Bosta, you'll be responsible for:

• Monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing database performance
• Troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues
• Ensuring data integrity and implementing security measures
• Collaborating with the development team on database design and architecture
• Managing database backups, restorations, and disaster recovery processes
• Performing regular database updates, patches, and upgrades
• Documenting database processes, standards, and procedures

We're looking for candidates with:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 0-1 year of experience as a Database Support Engineer or similar role
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using structured and unstructured databases
• Excellent communication skills
