Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineer (Spanish-Speaking)

  • Help customers through live chat, ticketing, and Discord
  • Create educational content (videos, guides, and tutorials)
  • Assist sales and partnerships teams by creating demos, solutions, and presentations
  • Prototype and build small applications using Botpress
  • Collaborate with partners and integrations to develop high-value use cases
  • Work cross-functionally with product and engineering to share customer feedback

Requirements For Technical Support Engineer (Spanish-Speaking)

TypeScript
  • Background in STEM or equivalent technical experience
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese or French is a plus)
  • Experience with customer support, technical support, or sales engineering
  • Comfortable writing code (TypeScript is a plus)
  • Familiarity with APIs and databases (SQL/NoSQL) is a plus
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, SaaS, or tech company) is a plus
