The Sales Operations Engineer role is a crucial position that connects sales and technical operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring equipment uptime, providing advanced technical support, and building strong relationships with store-level operators and general managers. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and customer service skills.
Key responsibilities include monitoring equipment performance, resolving technical issues before they require field service intervention, and optimizing service delivery through routing-based applications. You'll work closely with Regional Managers and Field Service Engineers to align operations with business goals and identify growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in technical support or related fields, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication abilities.
