Responsibilities For Platform Operations Engineer

  • Configure and review alerting for incident notification and resolution
  • Setup monitoring dashboards for solutions and services
  • Configure and deliver new platform services
  • Create and maintain runbooks for changes and service recovery
  • Implement platform automation to reduce manual work
  • Collaborate with product team on new service design
  • Develop availability and uptime reporting
  • Drive platform uptime improvements
  • Participate in on-call rotation for production support

Requirements For Platform Operations Engineer
