Python Developer/Architect

Bounteous x Accolite is seeking a Python Developer/Architect to join their team of 5000+ employees spanning North America, APAC, and EMEA. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing and developing highly scalable core applications and REST services. The role combines technical expertise in Python, databases (SQL, MongoDB), and systems like Kafka with business acumen to translate complex requirements into robust solutions.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote in Montreal. You'll be part of a company that accelerates the future for the world's most ambitious brands, offering services across Strategy, Analytics, Digital Engineering, Cloud, Data and AI, Experience Design, and Marketing.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python development, with additional knowledge of Java being a plus. You'll need to be proficient in database technologies and have a good understanding of DevOps practices. Your role will involve not just coding but also interacting with business stakeholders, requiring excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
