Responsibilities For Lead Back End Developer (Python)
- Partner with developers, leads, and architects to solve problems and deliver high-quality work
- Write clean, tested, reusable, and efficient code
- Stay up to date on industry trends and contribute to tech stack improvement
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies to support client projects
- Work collaboratively with a team in an Agile environment
- Lead and guide development teams to successful project completion

Requirements For Lead Back End Developer (Python)
- 7+ years of professional programming experience
- 5+ years of experience with Python, focusing on web and API development
- Strong hands-on experience with designing, developing, and consuming APIs
- Experience with JavaScript (React preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile development processes, coding standards, and version control systems
- Experience in scalable website and web application development
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- 2- or 4-year degree in CS/Engineering, bootcamp grad, or self-taught with practical experience
- Cloud platform experience, especially with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), a plus
