Systems Engineer (Windows) - BOT

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive System Engineer to join our IT team. This role involves administering Microsoft Intune, implementing Entra ID SSO for applications, managing our network, overseeing Windows patching using Qualys, and providing comprehensive help desk support. The ideal candidate will ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the IT systems that support core organizational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Microsoft Intune Administration: Manage deployment, configuration, and maintenance of devices and applications.
• Entra ID Management: Implement and manage SSO solutions using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Network Management: Maintain and improve network infrastructure for high performance and security.
• Windows Patching and Security: Utilize Qualys for Windows patch management.
• Help Desk Support: Provide expert-level support and mentor junior staff.
• Documentation and Compliance: Develop and maintain system documentation and ensure compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Understanding of privileged access management (PAM).
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID Single Sign-On (SSO) integration.
• Proficient in network management.
• Proven track record in help desk support and IT service management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, CompTIA Network+, or similar.
• Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
