The role offers remote work flexibility with occasional travel to clients in Scandinavia, Benelux, DACH, and UK regions. Responsibilities For Full-Stack Senior Software Engineer
- Act as Technical Lead for the delivery team with focus on Camunda
- Develop sophisticated automation solutions for various industries
- Work on full-stack development with BPMN and DMN engines
- Contribute to custom developments and BP3 products
- Collaborate with team members across Europe and the USA
Requirements For Full-Stack Senior Software Engineer
- Proven experience in solving complex process problems with Camunda
- Demonstrable success in delivering Camunda projects
- Ability to write high-quality, documented, and tested code
- Deep understanding of software and architecture design
- Experience with Source Control, CI/CD, containers, and agile methods
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Mentoring experience and leadership skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Comprehensive knowledge of BPM, BPMN and DMN
- Knowledge of Java, C#/.Net, JavaScript or TypeScript and frameworks like Spring, NodeJS, SQL and NoSQL
- Experience with REST API Design and JSON Schema
- Cloud expertise (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Kubernetes
- Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification
- Willingness to travel when needed
