Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As an Engineer, you will be building, maintaining and operating the systems that give superpowers to hospital staff members to streamline their day-to-day and automate repetitive work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Design and implement complex features ensuring scalability and performance.
• Coding and Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product management, designers, and other engineers.
• Problem Solving: Tackle challenging technical problems and devise innovative solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with new technologies and implement best practices.
• Scalability and Performance: Ensure new features are scalable for BrainHi's growing user base.
• Security and Compliance: Adhere to security best practices and healthcare data regulations.
• Deployment and Monitoring: Oversee feature deployment and monitor production performance.

Requirements:

• Solid experience as a Software Engineer
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
• Scripting skills in PowerShell and Python
• Frontend skills, especially in React JS
• Experience with CI/CD tools and containerization (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, Docker)
• Knowledge of monitoring and log analysis tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
